Consultation & Membership Updates

The form below has been created by the LINk Governance Group and the LINk Host Team. Its purpose is to allow statutory, voluntary, community & faith groups to consult with the network the LINk are involved with.

Consultation Proforma

The Members' Update Form has been developed for members to present information about events or meetings they have attended in a way that is consistent and easy to digest by other members. This will also help the member to record information when the event is held.
